Her Story
I am an engineer by degree but a social entrepreneur by choice. Because at one time my own wardrobe felt full of unwanted clothes it led me to realise that fabric wastage was a global socio-environmental problem, and yet hardly addressed. So to solve this, I started my entrepreneurial journey with Twirl.store and tried to make retail a sustainable circle that would benefit both society and environment.
Twirl.store was based on a business model that had not been done before and faced a lot of negativity when we started. But today in just 3years, we are blessed to have received love from individuals & organisations across the country, appreciation from celebrities and media houses as well as multiple awards and recognitions. But my biggest achievement remains that this small initiative which I have started with just a team of girls, has been able to give clothes to over 4000 needy people and able to empower so many women along the way!
