Please talk about your passion for food and how it turned into a profession? My Passion for anything I do has been inborn then be it food or anything else. But here due to my family being so interested in gourmet food encouraged me to cook better each time. I kept innovating and trying something new each time. Cooking for friends and family and cooking memorable meals for them prompted me to start my own cooking classes 18 years ago.
What ignited the spark in you to have a start-up of your own? The success of cooking class resulted into writing cookbooks as they were getting very popular so I thought why not share it with larger audience. !!
Goals you still wish to accomplish. I wish to continue creating new recipes and keep with the latest trend. I also wish to have cooking school one day instead of just a class.
What all challenges did you face and how does it feel to be known as the ‘The Gourmet Queen’ now? It has been a tough journey as I had to balance with family duties, taking care of day to day house chores, social commitments and personal care. But hard work has proven to be a key to success. Now it feels it was all worth going through the hurdles.

All they must keep in mind is never give up when times get tough instead think and know that when the going gets tough the tough gets going!!!!
