What ignited the spark in you to start a new business venture? Since my childhood I owned a dream to become a successful entrepreneur, thanks to my parents for making me stand, to set up a platform where I can work for my passion. As always, I wanted to do something different each time, so real estate being a male dominated industry & full of risk & challenges attracted me and I thought of starting my own business in the real estate, so that girls can feel comfortable in making a career in the domain.
Please speak a bit about your entrepreneurial journey. Entrepreneurial journey is still going on, at the beginning I was very happy and confidant to start my business venture but I had a fear in my mind that I am very young to take this decision, there is too much risk in this field as market is also going down and now I am going to start a new venture. This was because I thought if I cannot do it today then tomorrow will never come, so better I forget the consequences and take the risk.
What all challenges did you face while starting your venture? First I was very young to take this decision, which was my first challenge and the second one that real estate market was fluctuating. All my professional friends were stopping me to take this decision but I don’t know, I was passionate and happy to take the risk as my dream meant everything, so decided to quit my job and put all my savings to set up Eminent Land Pvt. Ltd.
Please share your future goals for your startup. I want to expand my business all over India and abroad, create a trusted and respectable name in the industry and provide thousands of jobs to Indians.

According to you, what are the top three essential skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur? Be passionate about your dreams Be Fearless about the consequences Perseverance- make a firm decision, you have to do this no one can stop you, one day you will succeed.
How do you manage the work-life balance? Managing the work life is not a big deal at all; all women who are doing jobs and managing their work life, baby and home. This is basically part of our life so for me it is easy to manage and my hubby Nishant, who helps me a lot to manage it perfectly.
What are your views and opinions towards the ambiguous need to promote women entrepreneurship and women empowerment in India? Indian women are strong and capable to manage every task but because of some age-old societal norms, Indian women don’t get the equal opportunities as men in their careers, especially when we talk about the rural area of India where girls don’t get even proper education. Thanks to those people and organizations like IWIL who are encouraging the Indian women in making their career.
